Input/Output: First Principle: Earth as Material*
In philosophy, first principles are the most basic foundational propositions or assumptions on a particular idea. our application of this concept to architecture is that the earth, it's vegetation and natural landscapes or rather land forms: valleys, plateaus, caves and tree canopies define the most basic idea of inhabitable architectures.
with this in mind we began to carefully began the design process by carfeully slicing and peeling away the earth to reveal programmatic elements for several adaptable and environmentally minimal park facilities. We then began to investigate and identify various approaches to the green construction each design.
