Freeform+Deform teammed up with Perkins Eastman to propose this 13-storey mixeduse building contains102 units evenly distributed amongst studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The faceted glazings speaks to the cultural diversity of the site from street level, while resulting in balconies and varying apartment footprints throughout the structure
