May Pen Manor is a 176 unit residential complex designed to support the underserved population of young professionals in Jamaica.

The development ranges from offering empty land plots, to starter studio homes, which can grow over time to 2 and 3 bedroom homes by means of the modular pre-fab constructionmethods employed in the home designs. The complex includes recreational and community facilities, parks and a community farm supported by residents.
